Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst – SAP Identity to join our client’s team within the utility sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing SAP user identity and access controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and strengthening the overall security posture of our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM), including roles, profiles, and user provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory frameworks such as NERC CIP, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Perform regular access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and remediation of access risks.
- Work closely with IT, audit, and compliance teams to manage access control changes, user onboarding/offboarding, and incident response related to SAP systems.
- Support SAP security design, role development, and maintenance during project deployments and upgrades.
- Monitor SAP systems for unauthorized access attempts, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations.
- Maintain documentation of access policies, procedures, workflows, and audit logs.
- Assist in the implementation of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Identity Access Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori) and associated security models.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SoD analysis, and audit compliance.
- Familiarity with utility sector regulatory requirements and IT security frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.

- ITIL Foundation or equivalent
