Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in healthcare and insurance to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that projects align with industry standards and compliance regulations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare business process models, workflows, and data mapping documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare and/or insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of insurance claim processing, policy administration, and healthcare workflows.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
