Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate Microsoft Power Platform projects, with a strong emphasis on RPA and AI-driven automation. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and delivering high-impact digital solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, including Power Automate, AI Builder, and custom app development.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Track progress and performance using Azure DevOps, ensuring visibility across de-livery phases.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, data protection standards, and plat-form best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Power Platform projects, including RPA and AI integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, project tracking tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
• Familiarity with platform governance, licensing, and security considerations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
