Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Lead Consultant in the insurance sector, ideally within commercial and specialty lines
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and claims workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a track record of successful product delivery
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
