Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Workday Finance implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business goals and compliance standards
• Provide hands-on expertise in Workday modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, and Reporting
• Guide cross-functional teams through ERP transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Support integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes using Workday capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant in Workday ERP, specifically within finance domains
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and enterprise finance workflows
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project environments
• Workday certification is a plus
