Key Responsibilities
• Lead configuration, deployment, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, LMS, ONB, RCM, and PMGM
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure seamless integration across modules and with third-party systems
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Contribute to solution design, documentation, and best practice frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support across multiple modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and user experience principles
• Hands-on expertise in configuration, data migration, and workflow design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
