About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solutions Sales Director to lead the sales of complex technological products and services across multiple industries and regions. This is a senior role requiring strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities


Drive sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise customers across various markets
Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions
Optimize account coverage and support sales teams to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their strategies and needs
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for senior management
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Provide first-line technical support and work closely with stakeholders on ongoing projects
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients
Lead and guide sales teams by aligning priorities with business goals
Travel internationally (30–40%) for client meetings, trade shows, and business development
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions


Required Skills & Experience


Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical or solutions sales
Proven track record of selling complex products/services
Strong experience with CRM tools
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and influence teams
Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting and client engagement
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
