We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and commercial initiatives for our consultancy business within the UK security sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our consultancy services, including compliance consultancy, ISO certification support, and workforce solutions, while driving business growth and strengthening the company’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic marketing plans to promote consultancy services, including compliance, certification support, and workforce solutions.
- Design and oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, partnerships).
- Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and service positioning.
- Support commercial planning, including pricing, sales strategy, and revenue‑growth initiatives.
- Manage key client and stakeholder relationships to strengthen market presence.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the UK security sector.
- Monitor marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure all marketing and commercial activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing objectives with overall organisational growth.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar strategic marketing role.
- Experience within the security sector, compliance, consultancy, or professional services (preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, commercial planning, and client engagement.
- Ability to design and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to business development.
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
