Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing user and client requirements, developing and maintaining software solutions, and ensuring applications perform efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client and user requirements to understand business needs and technical specifications.
- Design, write, and implement code for new software applications that meet user and client requirements.
- Enhance and maintain existing programs by adding new features and improving performance.
- Test software and make necessary adjustments to ensure functionality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and bugs.
- Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and user instructions in collaboration with clients and end users.
- Recommend new technologies, software solutions, and process improvements to clients and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in software development and programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and end users.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages and development tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
