Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our organisation’s HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle using HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding programmes ensuring new employees are integrated effectively into the organisation.
  • Supervise employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes and facilitate employee development initiatives through training programmes.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operational regions.
  • Manage HRIS systems (Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft) and ATS platforms to streamline recruitment and HR processes.
  • Prepare reports and deliver presentations on HR metrics to senior management.
  • Provide guidance on management practices, leadership development programmes, and succession planning.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management systems such as Workday, Taleo or PeopleSoft, along with data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing HRIS platforms (Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and best practices in employee relations and organisational development.
  • Previous experience in developing strategic HR initiatives that support organisational growth is highly desirable.
