Overview
We are seeking a skilled and analytical IT Consultant to support business and technology projects through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration within project environments..

Duties

  • Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support business strategy, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Support project delivery through data analysis, reporting, and technical recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Conduct analysis activities such as A/B testing, performance measurement, ROI analysis, and trend evaluation.
  • Collaborate with business, digital, CRM, marketing, and technical teams to support organisational objectives.
  • Translate complex technical and business data into clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
  • Assist with stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and business analysis activities.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, and compliance with organisational standards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in project or consultancy environments.
  • Understanding of business processes, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer analytics, CRM, loyalty, or digital transformation projects is desirable.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
