JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with active SC Clearance (mandatory) to support the successful delivery of a key technology programme, working closely with internal Product Management, Service Ownership teams, and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate delivery activities across discovery, build, testing, release, and live implementation
- Work alongside the Product Manager to manage supplier engagement and facilitate regular development calls
- Maintain clear visibility of priorities, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams, business users, and third-party suppliers
- Manage testing cycles, release planning, and live service deployments
- Track budgets, committed spend, supplier proposals, and purchase orders
- Produce clear delivery reports covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budget position, and key decisions
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and stakeholder engagement
Essential Skills & Experience
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
- Proven Delivery Management experience in technology or digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, or similar delivery methodologies
- Experience delivering through the full lifecycle: Discovery → Build → Test → Release
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and managing commercial delivery relationships
- Budget tracking, forecasting, and financial management experience
- Ability to identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum
