Key Responsibilities
• Architect and lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations tailored to telecom operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, technical designs, and integration strategies
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow configurations
• Provide technical leadership across development, testing, and deployment phases
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards
• Mentor delivery teams and support pre-sales engagements as needed
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, ideally within telecom environments
• Strong understanding of telecom business processes, service management, and operational workflows
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and custom app development
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Certifications in ServiceNow architecture or implementation are a plus
