Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Oracle Cloud transformation programs, from opportunity identification to deal closure
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across retail, CPG, and logistics clients
• Shape compelling value propositions and solution narratives aligned with client business goals
• Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and commercial teams to craft winning proposals
• Lead strategic account planning, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting
• Represent the practice in client engagements, industry forums, and executive briefings
• Ensure alignment with Oracle’s go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud sales and transformation engagements
• Strong domain knowledge in retail, consumer goods, and logistics operations
• Demonstrated success in selling large-scale digital transformation deals
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at C-suite level
• Familiarity with Oracle’s cloud portfolio, licensing models, and delivery frameworks
