Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise along with stakeholder collaboration, contributing to end-to-end software development and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to understand requirements
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Work on cross-functional projects, including system improvements, refactoring, and testing frameworks
- Contribute to data analytics, system integration, and standardisation efforts
- Work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams
- Support design flows, data mapping, and system dependencies
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies aligned with project roadmaps
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Software Developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript or similar)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration
- Experience with version control tools (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with data analytics or reporting tools
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in system refactoring and performance optimisation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
