Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, databases, and application servers.
* Manage system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure stability and efficiency.
* Oversee SAP RISE cloud environments and on-premises landscapes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
* Implement and manage correction and transport systems (CTS) for deploying configurations and developments.
* Plan and execute SAP upgrades, migrations, patches, and kernel updates.
* Ensure security and compliance through user management, role administration, and regular audits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams, to support business processes.
* Act as the primary interface between SAP RISE, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
* Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration.
* Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, NetWeaver, and SAP BTP.
* Experience in SAP RISE cloud environments and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Strong knowledge of HANA and other database management systems (Oracle, SQL, etc.).
* Familiarity with SAP Security, system monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
* Experience with transport management systems (CTS, ChaRM, or SAP Solution Manager).
* Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* SAP Basis certification (preferred but not required).
