Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI and graphic design, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for designing engaging digital experiences that align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our users. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of responsive web design, and proficiency in various design tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually attractive and user-friendly websites that enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
  • Utilise HTML, CSS, and PHP to build functional web pages.
  • Maintain information architecture to ensure easy navigation and accessibility of content.
  • Work with MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, ensuring designs are consistent with website branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve design processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web design or a related field, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficiency in UI design principles, graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite), and digital design tools.
  • Familiarity with Angular framework is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques and best practices.
  • Knowledge of information architecture principles to enhance user navigation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A keen eye for detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
